How to incorporate these lovely little, smile shaped, life-giving patches into your parties….get ready to wow them! I think these are about to take our multi-masking/spa experience events to the next level! I plan to demo these at my parties by having each guest try just one patch, on one eye. (Smart demo-ing: this means that one jar will allow you to do 60 customers this way! Imagine how many you’ll sell when 60 people try them!)
If at a multi-masking party, I will have them try the eye patch, near the end, when they put the moisture renewing gel mask on their face. If at a regular skin care party/appointment, I’ll have them apply the patch before they use eye cream and moisturizer! While the patch is working, I’ll either share marketing or do my table close, so I can help pass the time while they’re waiting, yet keep them engaged!
I promise, they WILL notice an amazing side-by-side difference by just applying one patch, on one of their eyes! I believe you’ll sell them on the spot, but it will also be a great additional booking tool as I’m certain they’ll think of people in their life that NEED to try ‘em! Mention, at every appointment, that you’re sampling this on a minimum of 60 faces, and you’d love to incentivize them to gather friends to try it or give you referrals.
Since we’re in the wonderful business of allowing customers to “try before they buy”, can you see this one patch method as an BIG opportunity for you, this holiday season?! Does it have your wheels turning as to who your first hostesses will be?
Booking with the new product! – So how do we book with a new product? I call it ‘hook to book’. In other words, yes, they can order it and figure it out, but I find by being a ‘helping hand’ with them, I can sell them on more products. This is my strategy. A On the first of November, I texted all my customers (copy and paste, or use a service like project broadcast, or a voice mail service like sly-dial) and let them know I had them coming in, and the first 25 to purchase them was going to get any other one item at half price. B. I posted some pictures on social media to peek interest. C. I on the 3rd – I sent a company made email (through intouch) to all my customers. same offer as before. D. on the 3rd – I also posted pics on my private customer groups. E. Then I started following up with those who had commented. Followed by individual texts and phone calls to my best customers, to set up Trials. I opened one box, giving me 30 sets to demo, and started booking 20 minute appointments. Yes, we can order samples, but those will wait and go out later, I want to be the one to take a picture, show them how to use it, and upsell on other products. The more your client is with you, the more layering for team building, and client building you have! What are ways you plan to sell a car load of Eye Patches?
